STATIONERY
Items ordered from the Shop are meticulously packed and dispatched from our London Studio within three working days.
Customised items from the Shop* are dispatched within five working days but may take longer during busy periods.
For UK-based addresses our standard delivery is a 2-4 working day tracked service.
If you would like to upgrade the delivery you can select a next-day delivery service at the checkout. Next-day deliveries are possible when orders are placed before midday Monday-Thursday. Selecting the next-day delivery service in combination with a custom stationery order will ensure when your order is ready for despatch (within five working days) it will be sent via this service. It does not unfortunately mean you will get your custom order the next day as the antique presses require a little more time to print.

WEDDING STATIONERY DISPATCH & DELIVERY
We offer free delivery for our custom wedding stationery orders to UK addresses. This is a signed-for service and for the majority of UK addresses is a next-day delivery.
International orders are shipped using a tracked, signed-for service. Transit time is dependent on the country but is commonly within seven working days worldwide. Local customs may apply and are payable by the customer on receipt.
Our wedding stationery sample packs are generally dispatched from the Studio within three working days via a tracked two to four working day service.
Kindly note: Free Shipping only applies to custom wedding orders, not Sample Packs.

RETURNS
Laidler & Laidler accepts returns within 14-days of receiving your order, given the goods are unopened, unused and in original packaging. Email post@laidlerandlaidler.com to begin the process.
If the item received is faulty, please contact us immediately at post@laidlerandlaidler.com.
Personalised orders are non-refundable.Regrettably delivery costs are non-refundable.
